Terms of Service
The rules for using this website and the referral line, and what the service does and does not promise.
About the service
Reading Plumbing Co. runs this website and a phone line that passes callers to independent plumbing professionals nearby. It refers work. It does not do plumbing itself.
Those professionals choose their own prices and terms and answer for their own work. A contract for plumbing is between you and the professional you hire.
About the information here
The pages and guides are general background. They are no substitute for a plumber, an insurer, a water authority or a code official, and rules differ from house to house and borough to borough. Details can change over time.
Do not depend on this site in an emergency. With a gas smell, get out and call 911 or the gas utility from outside. For fire, a medical emergency or any immediate danger, call 911.
No warranties
The site and the referral line are offered as is and as available. We do not promise that every call is picked up at every moment, that a plumber arrives within a set time or that the site has no errors. We make no promise about the price, quality or result of an independent professional's work.
Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, Reading Plumbing Co. is not liable for losses from using this site or from work done by an independent professional. Nothing here limits a duty that the law says cannot be limited.
Using the site and its links
Please use the site lawfully and do not copy it, disrupt it or misuse it. Links to outside sources are there for reference. We do not run those sites and are not responsible for what they say.
Governing law and questions
These terms follow Pennsylvania law. We may revise them, and using the site after a change means you accept the revised terms. Send questions to info@plumbingreadingpa.com.
