What we receive

The site has no sign-in and no forms, so it never asks you to type personal details into a page. Most people reach us by phone.

A phone call passes your number and your description of the problem to the call service and to the plumber who takes the job. An email to info@plumbingreadingpa.com gives us your address and whatever you write.

What the server records on its own

As with most sites, the web server may note your IP address, browser type and the pages you open. That record helps keep the site secure and running.

Fonts load from Google Fonts and maps load from Google Maps. Your browser contacts Google for those, and Google may see your IP address and technical details under its own privacy terms.

Your personal information is not sold. It goes to the independent plumber handling your job and to the providers that run the phone line and the site.

We keep information only for the uses above or for as long as the law demands. No system is fully secure, so we cannot promise perfect protection. The site is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly gather data from them.
